"From dreaming no one gets tired, because to dream is to forget, and to forget does not weigh and, it is a sleep without dreams in which we are awake". (Fernando Pessoa)

"From dreaming no one gets tired, because to dream is to forget, and to forget does not weigh and, it is a sleep without dreams in which we are awake". (Fernando Pessoa)

As Fernando Pessoa said "New Year of all, there are three things: The certainty that we are always beginning ... The certainty that we must continue ... The certainty that we will be interrupted before ending ... Therefore we must: interruption a new path ... From the fall a dance step ... From fear, a ladder ... From the dream, a bridge ... From the search, a meeting .. "

I must acknowledge that I understand that some say that "faith moves mountains," but I respect all those who do not think so. Because, I think, in reality even if all stars are within our reach, for things that can not be changed we have only patience, but to prefer the previous defeat to the doubt of victory is to miss the opportunity to merit any kind of "Success" in our life. For our errors there is always forgiveness; for our failures, there is always a second chance; for loves that are considered impossible, (nothing is impossible in this life ...) we always need time, it is true that time is very scarce in our lives, although very rarely or too late we come to this conclusion. Someone said that "there was no point in surrounding an empty heart or saving your soul." (Sarah Westphal)

There are also those who say that Life does not fit into any Theory, whatever it may be - we are quite sure of that. However, every time we say "life" .... We are led to think of the many marvelous theories that philosophers have mastered in the severity of their own and of the "dark libraries," in how many beautiful poems the poets rhymed in the poverty of their lives, or how many closed theologians theologians did not understand in the solitude of the cells . In this, or in the cobbler's account, in the moral degradation of the century, or in the sad smallness of everything, starting with us.

I'm in those days, what I call "between my days" and thinking about how I am and I feel proud of all my friends and my friends every day. I am very impressed with them, it is from them that my "little inspiration" comes. I am even impressed with anyone who chooses to pay attention and analyze their posture in everyday life that I call "emotional health," whether through therapy or through other means. Recognizing that we are human, and therefore subject to error, but also recognizing it, must never be something we can feel and by which we are made (exist and live) to feel ashamed.

In the context of a happy life, a messy table or a closet full of clothes that we no longer use is in fact a problem, but we consider it "trivial" - and so I came to the conclusion that by gaining more control over our things , about what moves us on a daily basis, makes us feel more in control of our lives. By getting rid of things we do not use, we no longer need or feel anything, just like things that do not work, do not fit or do not fit, we free our minds (and our shelves) for what we really value in our life.

As time passes by, we realize more and more that we are NEVER able to be these many things, which we sometimes like to be - not because we do not strive enough, but because we are only human. Life has nothing to do with overcoming what is difficult, only making room for what is good, or achieving a state of complete happiness. Instead, life is learning that we can really really create space for all of this: for pain and joy, for trust and doubt, for ease and challenge. It's all valuable, everything matters, and everything has something to teach us when we leave that "shame stage" and allow what hurts just to be there without any kind of "pseudo self-judgment." "To dream even if it is impossible / To fight even if the enemy is invincible / To bear the pain, even if it is unbearable / To run, even where the brave does not dare to go / Transform in good what is evil, / even if the path is thousand miles / To love the pure and the innocent, / even if it is insistent / To persist, even when the body no longer resists / And, after all, touch that star, / even if it is impossible. (Fernando Pessoa)
