(José Luis Peixoto) Age has brought us the clarity that what really matters is living without shackles, without fears, without apprehensions. We live in times when we must doubt everything, and the new generations, and not only them, navigate AI (Artificial Intelligence) between what demagogues say who try to deceive them and the idea that everything is relative and potentially false. In fact, this can lead us all to the bottom, or we act before we drown in a certainty of complete ignorance!!!! But we don't forget that we have memory, "that we are too old to criticize, but young enough to act." (Johann Goethe) In reality, we all interpret our days through the lens that we created and that was created for all of us, the one that was taught to us from a young age and that we have been polishing throughout all these years. We learned that such a thing was right and another wrong, and so we move forward, teaching something similar to whoever appeared before us, judging without realizing it all the time, forgetting, at times, that "we do not do what we want and yet we are responsible for what we are." (Jean-Paul Sartre) There is a phrase that has become somewhat classic, "there is never a second chance to make a good first impression" (often attributed to H. Jackson Brown Jr. or Tom Peters) highlights the crucial importance of the first few seconds in an encounter, whether personal or professional. In reality, the initial image formed is hardly altered, becoming lasting. All this comes to mind, what do I see every morning when I look in my mirror? Well…I must say that besides the Wrinkles! I see someone who isn't afraid to eat alone, go out alone, take care of everything alone, and who isn't afraid of losing friends anymore, because if they lost them, it's because they weren't friends! You've already faced silence, sat with solitude, and learned to value yourself every day! That's why you're so hard to bring down, because you're someone who has transformed pain into power, wounds into wisdom! You're sustained by enormous self-love! Whenever you fall, you get up on your own! Having company is a matter of choice, not necessity! And you've discovered that the most important thing is to be at peace, and that is perhaps the greatest degree of happiness!! That's who I am, and with great pleasure! No, we don't have the right to let ourselves be defeated. There's always that famous Nietzsche quote: "If you gaze into an abyss, the abyss gazes back into you."

Vivemos nos tempos em que devemos duvidar de tudo e as novas gerações, e não só, navegam na IA (Inteligência Artificial) entre o que dizem demagogos que tentam enganá-los e a ideia que tudo é relativo e potencialmente falso. Na verdade isto pode nos levar todos para o fundo ou agimos antes que nos afoguemos numa certeza de completa ignorância!!!! Mas não esquecemos que temos memória, “que somos velhos de mais para censurar, mas suficientemente jovens para agir.”(Johann Goethe Na realidade todos interpretamos os nossos dias pela óptica que criamos e que criaram para todos nós, aquela que nos ensinaram desde pequenos e que fomos polindo durante todos estes anos. Aprendemos que tal coisa era certa e a outra errada, e assim seguimos em frente, ensinando parecido para quem aparecesse na nossa frente, julgando sem perceber o tempo todo, esquecendo, por vezes que, “não fazemos aquilo que queremos e, no entanto, somos responsáveis por aquilo que somos.”(Jean-Paul Sartre) Há uma frase que se tornou de certo modo clássica, "nunca há uma segunda oportunidade para causar uma boa primeira impressão" (frequentemente atribuída a H. Jackson Brown Jr. ou Tom Peters) destaca a importância crucial dos primeiros segundos num encontro, seja pessoal ou profissional. Na realidade a imagem inicial formada dificilmente é alterada, tornando-se duradoura. Isto tudo vem a propósito, do que vejo, todas as manhas quando olho no meu espelho? Bem…devo dizer que além das rugas! Vejo alguém que não tem medo de comer sozinho, sair sozinho, tratar de tudo sozinho e que já não tem medo de perder amigos, porque se os perdeu é porque não eram amigos! Já enfrentou o silêncio, já se sentou com a solidão e aprendeu a valorizar se a si mesmo todos os dias! Por isso já é tão difícil de derrubar, pois é alguém que transformou a dor em poder, a ferida em sabedoria! É sustentado por um enorme amor próprio! Sempre que cai, levanta se sozinho! O ter companhia é uma questão de escolha e não de necessidade! E descobriu que o mais importante é estar em paz e esse seja talvez o maior grau de felicidade!! Assim sou eu e com muito gosto! Não, não temos o direito de nos deixar abater. Há sempre aquela famosa citação de Nietzsche: “Se olharmos para o abismo, o abismo olha de volta para ti.”
