Mas, no plano de fundo deviam estar as famílias com as suas dificuldades do dia a dia. Não aproveitar devidamente, e integralmente, esta oportunidade única do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR) será mais uma página funesta neste desígnio nacional de centenas de anos de sermos um povo no limiar da miséria.
