As Winston Churchill said, "courage is the first of human qualities because it guarantees all the others", all this because I want to remember that in the month of October that ended, I thought of writing a chronicle, or perhaps a small narrative of memories that more or less it would be about a journey that has an end, which will only be the beginning of another one. Because we have to have the perception that it is necessary to see what has not been seen, to see again what has already been seen, to see in autumn what was seen in the summer, to see during the day what was seen at night… it is necessary to go back to the steps that have already been given to repeat them and trace new paths, that is, in the voice of the people “luck in relation to time, place and environment influences those who have the merit of taking advantage of circumstances.”
Someone said that there are worse things than being alone, but it usually takes decades to understand that and almost always when we do, it's too late. And there's nothing worse than too late. As King Solomon said, “everything has its season, and there is a time for every purpose under heaven.”
The punches of your silence bruised my soul, it's the scream I want to give!. Maybe that's why we should have the perception that there are certain moments when we have to trust our ability to choose and learn to distinguish the "dream from reality", this is where the balance we need so much, because so that we can transcend a " wound”, we need to cross the “tunnel” that this wound has formed. As someone said, “there are gut punches that help us get a 'kick off'.
With time, and time goes by, dreams, desires and goals change, it happens to everyone. As Susana Tamaro wrote, (in Go where your heart takes you). “And when many roads open up in front of you and you don't know which one to choose, don't take one at random, sit down and wait! Breathe with the same confident depth as you did the day you came into the world, and without letting anything distract you, wait and wait again. Be still, be silent and listen to your heart, get up and go where it takes you.” “Failure is a crucial part of our success. Every time we fail and recover, we exercise the perseverance that is the key to life. Our strength lies in our ability to pull ourselves together.” (Michelle Obama)
