Without them you can continue to exist, but you cease to live.” (Mark Twain) (Today's writing is dedicated to my very special friend, who is facing a very difficult health moment in her life) When reading an ironic quote about the profession of economics, it made us think that “nothing happens by chance!”: “Definition of an economist: he is an expert who will be able to explain tomorrow why the things he predicted yesterday did not happen today!” We must be fully aware that today, we know more than yesterday, and everything leads us to believe that tomorrow we know more than today, which will be a good reason to live for tomorrow. I really believe that nothing happens by chance. Everything in life has a reason, nothing happens by chance, not even a glass falls on the floor by chance, destiny has it in store for us, sometimes. several surprises. As a poem by Richard Bach said “Nothing happens by chance./There is no such thing as luck./There is a meaning behind every small act./It may not be seen clearly immediately,/but it will be before too much time passes.” We all know that no tragedy ever goes away, but a light of illusion always comes on that it will soon end. “I don’t think anything happens by chance, you know? That deep down things have their secret plan, even though we don’t understand it.”(Carlos Ruiz Zafón) Ultimately, we must always be honest in our words and coherent in our actions, continually expressing concern for others, without ever forgetting the wise words of Harvey Thomas, communication specialist, “if you said something and they didn't listen to you, it was because you you didn’t say!”, or on the other hand, quoting a Chinese proverb, (I’ve read that the phrase is attributed to Pythagoras) “if the word you are going to say is not the most beautiful one than silence, shut up!” We all have to be fully aware that the advantage of deciding, even if the options are not excellent, is knowing that we chose our path and did not let things happen to us. We chose what seemed to be the best path, and that can help us move forward "Nothing happens by chance. There is a Great Plan and, within it, a countless number of small great plans. A little plan for each of us. All the things that happen to us need no explanation.”Aldous Huxley) Maybe that's why there are those who say that overcoming ourselves is necessary. Moving forward is essential. Looking back is a waste of time. Past if were good was present. “Here however we don’t look back for long. We continue to move forward, opening new doors and doing new things. Because we are curious... and curiosity continues to lead us down new paths. Let’s move on.” (Walt Disney) Let's be strong. Let's hold on tight. We fall. We get up. We raise our heads. And let's always keep moving forward. We are stronger than we think. Moving forward is essential. Looking back is a waste of time. Sem elas podes continuar a existir, mas deixas de viver.”(Mark Twain) (este escrito de hoje é dedicado à minha amiga muito especial, que enfrenta um momento de saúde, muito difícil na sua vida) Ao ler uma citação irónica sobre a profissão de economista, levou-nos a pensar que “nada acontece por acaso!”: “Definição de economista: é um especialista que saberá explicar amanhã por que as coisas que previu ontem não aconteceram hoje!” Temos de ter plena consciência que hoje, sabemos mais que ontem, e tudo leva a crer que amanhã sabemos mais que hoje, o que será um bom motivo para vivermos o amanhã. Acredito mesmo que nada acontece ao acaso. Tudo na vida tem um motivo, nada acontece por acaso, nem mesmo um copo cai no chão por acaso, o destino reserva-nos, por vezes. varias surpresas. Como dizia um poema de Richard Bach “Nada acontece por acaso./Não existe a sorte./Há um significado por detrás de cada pequeno acto./Talvez não possa ser visto com clareza imediatamente,/mas sê-lo-á antes que se passe muito tempo.” Todos sabemos que nenhuma tragédia se apaga, mas acende-se sempre uma luz de ilusão de que em breve possa acabar. “Acho que nada acontece por acaso, sabe? Que no fundo as coisas têm seu plano secreto, embora nós não entendamos.”(Carlos Ruiz Zafón) No fundo devemos sempre ser honestos nas nossas palavras e coerentes nas nossas acções, manifestando continuamente uma preocupação com os outros, sem nunca esquecer as palavras sábias de Harvey Thomas, especialista de comunicação, “se tu disseste e eles não te ouviram, foi porque tu não disseste!”, ou por outro lado, citando um provérbio chinês, (já li que a frase é atribuída a Pitágoras)“ se a palavra que vais dizer não é a mais bela que o silêncio, cala-te!” Todos temos de ter a plena consciência de que a vantagem de decidir, mesmo que as opções não sejam excelentes, é o de sabermos que escolhemos o nosso caminho e não deixamos que as coisas nos acontecessem . Escolhemos o que nos pareceu ser o melhor caminho, e isso pode ajudar-nos a seguir em frente “Nada acontece por acaso. Existe um Grande Plano e, dentro dele, um número incontável de pequenos grandes planos. Um pequeno plano para cada um de nós. Todas as coisas que nos acontecem dispensam explicações.”Aldous Huxley) Talvez por isso há quem diga que superar-nos é preciso. Seguir em frente é essencial. Olhar para trás é uma perda de tempo. Passado se fosse bom era presente. “Aqui no entanto nós não olhamos para trás por muito tempo. Nós continuamos a seguir em frente, abrindo novas portas e fazendo coisas novas. Porque somos curiosos...e a curiosidade continua a nos conduzir por novos caminhos. Sigamos em frente.”(Walt Disney) Sejamos fortes. Aguentemos firmes. Caímos. Levantamo-nos. Erguemos a cabeça. E continuemos sempre seguindo em frente. Nós somos mais fortes do que pensamos. Seguir em frente é essencial. Olhar para trás é perda de tempo. Apenas seguir em frente. Como disse Martin Luther King :”Se não puderes voar, corre. Se não puderes correr, anda.
