"Keep your dreams, you never know when they'll miss you." (Sombra do Vento - Carlos Ruiz Zafón)

"Keep your dreams, you never know when they'll miss you." (Sombra do Vento - Carlos Ruiz Zafón)

The times to live are not as long as they sometimes make us believe, so live your dreams no matter what you do to make you give up. However short the moment, empty your head, let only good thoughts flow and understand that no matter how great your problems, they will be carried by the wind, with no possibility of returning.

"We want to follow a dream, this is true, but it is one thing to follow a dream and another is to follow an obsession. A dream is purer than an obsession. A dream has to do with pride. "(José Mourinho)

In fact there were, there are and there will be some moments in our life that we have to risk something, and we will have to be ready for everything and for everyone. We all know or must know that we are going to regret many things, and that perhaps it may even happen that we have to spend our days, maybe even months or years, alone (thinking) (regretting) what we did and did not do in the past, that's why do not be afraid to risk it. If you dream, believe me! All the effort has its reward! Anyway, I think it's still important to be afraid, because it's important to live. Experience new air, feel new flavors, get to know different cultures, dance different rhythms and make thousands of friends.

In this life, of few things I am absolutely certain. One is that the concept of life changes often. Every step, every conversation, every laugh, every disappointment or friendship and love. She changes. That's why you have to believe in life and see life with other eyes.

That is why it is extremely important to be prepared. Cultivating old and good friends and learning to risk our lives, our hopes and our dreams. It may be that in this way, we can discover unforgettable moments and irreplaceable people. Maybe we ourselves can find out, there is already the time when we thought we were the "greatest in the world and everything to know", today we know that it is not so ... or just forget ... everything that disturbs us. But the very important thing ... your choice seems clear to us: if you have the courage to risk or if you prefer, you simply want to live!

It is also a truth that, for the most part, we are never fully ready to take a leap, to enter into uncertainty, or to make changes when we are not sure what the outcome will be, but it is in these uncertain moments that we cultivate growth, resilience, vulnerability and courage - the very qualities that make life meaningful. "Who wins without risk, triumphs without glory ... Do not be afraid of life, do not be afraid to live it .." (Augusto Cury)

We must all count on our experience with a complex variety of multiple parts, feelings and experiences that make up who we are. Sometimes a part seems higher in its "astral", in the way of thinking, acting and feeling (the self-critical part, for example), but this can not mean that the self-competent part is not part and is no longer there . It just means that we have to actively remind ourselves to bring it, well out when we need it. Sometimes, when all this happens, I think, "Why can not I do what I tell others to do? Why is it so hard for me to be gentle or charming to myself now?" I can talk about self-pity and curb or dominate our inner critical sense throughout the day, but that does not mean too, that I am always able to do it perfectly.I can have the biggest "emotional first aid kit" in the world and still do not always know how to have access at all times that I feel the most accurate!

"Just look into your mind for a few minutes. You will see that it is like a flea, constantly jumping to and fro. You will see that thoughts arise without any reason, without any connection. Swept away by the chaos of every moment, for we are victims of the inconstancy of our mind. "(Tibetan Book of Life and Death)
