We don't talk about the past, but about the present! For those who have vacations, they say they change the pace, but there are certain habits we like to keep. Reading the newspaper is one of them. Not just to know what happened, but to understand different perspectives, keep up with the world, and continue learning. Because being informed also influences how we think, talk, and make decisions. Today, this falls within the realm of impossibilities – we are in the times of so-called “alternative truths,” of “untruths,” and why not write “lies.” Today, social networks are a “school of hate” in our pockets, our children, our grandchildren, the whole family, and all citizens. When we look at the new forms of propaganda that mix multiple narratives (some true and others false), they go back and also combine very different historical times. In reality, it is a “political theater” full of manipulation that we find in the so-called “social networks” – “A philosophical question asked by a child is a unique opportunity,” and we all know that “a lie can travel six times around the world before the truth has time to put on its pants.” (Mark Twain) And sometimes, or almost always, there are those who say that thinking is not a luxury, because we all think; what is a luxury is having “time to think about what we want to think about, instead of thinking about what others want us to think about.” "They force you to think."
