WE ARE ABLE TO DO OUR BEST! “É das coisas, que os sonhos são feitos.” It is about things, that dreams are made." (William Shakespeare

But who are we if not others?
But who are we if not others?
We are all the things we have seen and that have passed through us during our lives; in truth and reality, this is a reflection of the complexity of human identity, where our experiences and interactions with others shape who we are! "No one will ever know who we are... until we know who we are! We will never be able to go anywhere if we don't know where we are." (Malcolm X)
Some say that life is an encyclopedia of experiences and readings, where each of us is a combination of information and imagination, while the pain and joy we experience with others help us understand our own experiences and value human interconnectedness. As José Saramago said: "When one lives on illusions, it is because something is not working. Our most constant image is that of someone standing on the sidewalk waiting to be helped to cross to the other side."
The essence of life lies in social relationships, where we are influenced by those around us, reflecting the dynamics of our lives. These thoughts remind us of the importance of valuing our experiences and our connection with others, as they are fundamental to shaping who we are. We must, which doesn't always happen, value our lives, choose to be happy, even in the face of the adversities that always happen to all of us. As the Brazilian writer Martha Medeiros said: "Do whatever it takes to be happy. But don't forget that happiness is a simple feeling; you can find it and let it go without realizing its simplicity."
Reflecting on life helps us find meaning in small things and cultivate happiness in our daily lives. Appreciate each moment, because life is made up of instants that will never be repeated. Gratitude transforms life; value what you have and enjoy the present. Life is made of cycles, and each challenge brings the opportunity to start over and rediscover yourself. Learning from pain, forgiving, valuing relationships, and daring to dream transforms routine into experiences that strengthen the soul. Reflecting on these lessons helps us live with more intensity, courage, and gratitude. “Each sunrise is an invitation to begin again, and gratitude leads us to appreciate each moment. Each day that dawns is like a blank page, on which we inscribe our thoughts, actions, and attitudes. In essence, each day is the preparation for our own tomorrow.” (Chico Xavier)
