"Nothing great is done without a dream". (Ernest Renan)
"Life is brief, but it is much more than we can live in it." (José Saramago)
Being a truth that there are many people who can change their lives - although I have some doubts if it still makes sense, as I did a few years ago - of course there have already been and there are many people who have done it and they do, they do it every day, everywhere, but even then it becomes very difficult to get it - I can not do it, maybe it's more correct, maybe it's a problem of mine - that's why I might even feel a little jealous for whoever has it the courage to move from the will to the practice - to abandon everything, to leave, to change your whole life.
As Freud said, "In making a minor decision, I have found that it is always advantageous to consider all the pros and cons. In vital matters, however, such as choosing a mate or profession, the decision must come from the unconscious, from somewhere within us. In the important decisions of the personal life, we must be governed, I think, by the deep inner needs of our nature. "
We should all know or should at least have the perception that what we use to say "to err is human." But sometimes it is considered more human to attribute the error to others, in particular I think more like Benedict said. "If I do not fear the error, it is because I am always willing to correct it." When it comes time or the moment we want to prove that our dreams, even those that we think "light years" can become reality, in this period of reflection I always think that if in my life I always walked without caring about what others think of me, it is not time for any change, and that is why I am only interested in my conscience, and it has always been that way since I have known myself.
In fact, I think nothing would make as much sense as having the luck and the attunement of crossing the same emotional surface of someone who combines and, mainly, understands our sides. But we know that it is not always like this, in our way or the way we want to live, it wants to have a "our mirror" there. So instead of people suffering as they try to look for answers to endless questions, why not just go "living life"? Also, without company and greater connection with someone. Perhaps the commitment to be just for genuine happiness attracts a love that resolves to rest, but if not, at least we are adding and perhaps allowing ourselves new opportunities to mature emotionally and spiritually.
In fact, we sometimes spend a lot of time trying to prove things to others: How happy are we? What have we accomplished? How hard and difficult is our job? That we are a sympathy? How successful are we and our value? That we love our life? That we have good relationships? Etc ... The truth is that when we spend less time trying to prove these things to other people, we have more time to realize and take advantage of them. The constant quest to show the good in our lives, especially in social networks, seems to suggest that it does not have much validity and does not seem real to us, unless everyone knows it - unless we are sure that everyone sees it - we forget that we are the only one who needs to prove himself !!!
It is also a reality that I admit that sometimes I like to enjoy my own thoughts, I like to be alone, but I also know how to appreciate a company that understands and knows how to respect my space, besides that although they do not seem to be things highly natural for people who like to be alone. I've already told somebody to "stop the madness of constant teamwork. Go to the desert to have your own revelations."
"Do not forget that the moments that live here and now, and the people who live here and now, are the most important in your life, because they are the only real ones." (Buddha)

(Buda)

Being happy is not being afraid of your own feelings. It is knowing how to talk about yourself. It is having the courage to hear not". It is to have security to receive a criticism, even if unjust. (Augusto Cury)
I do not know if they have noticed that a dog teaches us all this - give without asking for anything in return - And this is what a dog teaches us, which perhaps alone was already a good reason to have a dog / dog, this because the dog by itself already means among many other things loyalty, kindness and good moments.
In fact I do not know if it is the spontaneous way in which he receives me every day or if it is by the form of truth he has in his gaze. Nor do I know if it is by the affectionate way of saying (without speaking) that for him there is no better person anywhere else in the world or if it is by the fidelity with which he is able to wait, without caring, although he may not be " without some pain, "by the time I make him wait. I'll just say I do not know! The only certainty I have is that when I walk with him, it is not me who ride with him, but he who walks with me on one side and on the other I know that he does not care if we have money, if we are thin, beautiful, low or high. Do not care about the brand of car we have or if we even have car and so we walked. He does not care if people do not understand us. For him nothing matters but our company because we are everything to him. He gives us all he has, and what he has is all that matters to us: LOVE! He is not ashamed to demonstrate how much he loves us ... He gives us the best years of his life ... He would give his life for us!
As Milan Kundera wrote "Dogs are our link with paradise. They do not know evil, envy or discontent. To sit with a dog at the foot of a hill on a beautiful afternoon is to go back to Eden, where to stand idly by was not boredom, it was peace. "We must be aware that" The world is in the hands of those who have the courage to dream and run the risk of living their dreams. " (Paulo Coelho).
As you certainly already realize that I still "do not see the light at the end of the tunnel" indicating the arrival of my "feeling of psycho-emotional balance". It is also true, however, that I still have the founding hope of resistance and the humility to acknowledge that "all our mistakes are, but mainly my mistakes." Nothing will be like before, and this saddens me, without prejudice to continue to live and to look for the good moments that, despite everything, still can exist! It is certain that whoever reads us will say that these my lines today reflect a state of pessimism and some depression. Maybe they have a reason, because some time ago, but particularly - in the horrible years of 2017 and generally in part of 2018 - the two lives of my life have been wrapped up in a clear conflict that very disappoints me. That is why I no longer trust the illusion, much less the "blend".
This is what Mark Twain says in this reflection: "The strength to start over gives us the conviction that trying again is worth it. Life requires that we be able to grow. The experience and knowledge about the art of living are only acquired by living. And the new ways are a call to deeply feel the pulse of life, to renew ourselves and discover new realities. "
"Man knows only the other animals; knows less. They know what they need to know. We do not. "(Fernando Pessoa)

muitas coisas lealdade, bondade e bons momentos.
novamente vale a pena. A experiência
renovar e descobrir novas realidades.”
“O

"The mirror and the dreams are similar things, it is like the image of man before himself. "
(J. Saramago)
Nowadays, more or less everyone has the notion that thanks to social networks, we often get into the lives of people we barely know. But this only means that it is not the appearances that deceive us ... we are ourselves who deceive ourselves when we do not want to see things as they really are.
"People do not choose the dreams they have, they are the dreams that people choose, I have never heard them tell anyone, but it must be." (In The Gospel According to Jesus Christ, Ed. ., p.143). José Saramago also said of what he considered a "Fundamental Rule of Life" that "when we say good or evil ... there are a series of small satellites of these great planets, which are the small goodness, the small evil, small envy, small dedication ..... In the background is what makes people's lives, that is, of weaknesses, weaknesses ...... On the other hand, for people to whom this has some importance, it is important to have as a fundamental rule of life do not hurt others. From the moment we are concerned to respect this simple rule of human coexistence, it is not worth while to lose ourselves in great philosophies about good and evil. "Do not do to others what you do not want them to do to you" seems a selfish point of view, but it is the only one of the sort where one arrives not at selfishness but at human relation. (José Saramago, in "Diário da Madeira Magazine, June 1994")
"We all feel today that personal selfishness, self-indulgence, lack of generosity, small cowardice of everyday life all contribute to this pernicious form of mental blindness that consists of being in the world and not seeing the world, or just seeing it which, at any moment, is likely to serve our interests. I think we pay little attention to what actually decides everything in our life, to the organ we carry inside our heads: the brain. Everything we are about to say is a product of the powers or capacities of the brain: language, vocabulary more or less extensive, more or less rich, more or less expressive, beliefs, loves, hatreds, God and the devil, everything is inside our head. Out of our head there is nothing. "(José Saramago)
That is why suddenly we are led to say that "it will all be a matter of chance"! Now, as we all know, "nothing happens in life by chance, for everything there is a motive and a solution" that depends on our interpretation and our action to make "reality" this fact or event. So, in fact I think that nothing happens by mere chance, there is no "luck"! There is a meaning behind every little fact. We may not be able to see it at once, but it will not take much time for this to happen, as long as we want to take the "risk" of facing it.
There are those who say that "everything has already been" written "and there is nothing else to be done to change our history in this world ... ..but we are choices that we make, so the story is written according to our desires and risks that we are available to run! "
"Dreams are dreams, and in dreams there is no firmness," said my grandmother Josefa. (Contrapunto de América Latina, Buenos Aires, nº 9, July-September 2007In José Saramago in his Words)

(In O Evangelho Segundo Jesus Cristo, Ed. Caminho,
bondade, a pequena maldade, a pequena inveja, a pequena dedicação..... No fundo
A partir
(José Saramago, in "Revista Diário da
Madeira, Junho 1994")
Ora, acontece
estamos disponíveis a correr!”

(Contrapunto

"The dream is the satisfaction that desire is fulfilled." (SIGMUND FREUD)
As we have all certainly seen, the Christmas season this year began in November- "Christmas is a time of benevolence, forgiveness, generosity and joy. The only season I know of, in the calendar of the year, in which men and women seem, by mutual agreement, to freely open their hearts. "(Charles Dickens).
In fact a beautiful phrase that no longer corresponds to the feeling of people, for it seems to me that they have forgotten the real meaning of this date, and what it really means or should mean. From my point of view, perhaps there are those who think differently or do not even think about anything, in today's times when talking about "Christmas", the first things that come to the minds of most people is that they buy, that gifts, what we are going to eat and drink, this is more or less this ... it is a devouring ceding to consumerism, which has led to a certain dehumanization of society in general, and of families in particular.
Today it is considered normal that there are people, families who spend the whole year without even exchanging a simple message, but when the end of the year arrives it is a "beautiful thing", there are so many messages exchanged that it even entails "overload of the means used ". There are those who consider that there is, as a normality of life today, an exchange of "values" that live close and at the same time "so far". I do not get scared, because as Freud said, "what does not mean nothing always means something," and I know that this is for the worse, not only at Christmas, but at various dates that occur during the year, because more and more we are becoming less human.
As a serious and true reflection, I leave here expressed, with the proper authorization of the author, these words in the form of a poem:
Mother's bouts of the 21st century
(by permission of Madga Fidalgo - in facebook)
"Being a dedicated mother / who does not miss anything /
and then I feel abandoned / and really changed by the mobile phone😂
Instead of words, I only hear the voice / I want to scream / but no one listens to me, there are headphones covering my ears / and nobody hears my groans.
I try to call, / show that I'm there / I need affection and compassion / but my heart is sad, / do not give me attention. / There are videos, Chat, Post`s, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter ...
There is so much to see / there is no time to lose / with banal things / and you know what else / here am I looking / for facebook to ask / what am I thinking !! "
With the happiness of my dreams, I want to draw my desires, to erase the wrong moments. And power and make you smile ....

A única época
Não me assusto, pois
XXI
nada/
e depois sinto-me abandonada/ e deveras trocada
E poder e fazer sorrir……

"Every dream you leave behind is a piece of your future that ceases to exist." (Steve Jobs)
"It makes no sense to look back and think: I should have done this or that, I should have been there. That does not matter anymore. Let's invent tomorrow, live the present and stop worrying about the past. "(Steve Jobs)
Sometimes we are led to think that in reality we are UNIQUE, and in fact, maybe even really, but we must not forget that we live in this society at the moment something very complicated and even uninteresting. Now this does not mean that we should deprive ourselves of the importance of being close to us and of surrounding ourselves with the people we like, even because so much of what we are, of what we feel and think will certainly be influenced by those around us, the importance of choosing well who will be on our side. It is important to have the company of those who bring us something relevant and whose presence makes the best of us. We live in a time when everything is consumed too quickly and in which, especially social networks, there is almost no human social relations, they are a perfect source of the emotional instability of each one, making everything more unstable in a living of appearance, in a faster, more superficial way, and I risk even saying much less knowledgeable, and all because the voracious speed of "pretended information" does not even give us time to "save and decode everything" to which at all times do not reach. We must have the notion that we must respect our own time, given that we have the perception that the great value of the present society is the hurry, or it will not be so? .
I believe that many people are not prepared to deal with the information they find on social networks, especially the younger and even the older. I have the idea that most of the things that are shared on social networks are false and therefore, there should be a certain training for these people, because this is a tool with great power these days. It is very easy to go to social networks to defame someone. If I want to harm my neighbor, just go to Facebook and say badly about it. In a short time, we have thousands of shares and the life of the devastated person. Then it takes much longer to dismantle the lie than the speed with which it spreads.
As surely you have already understood I do not write about "change" as being possible, because I believe that change is even possible; I write and talk about change being possible because I know it is so - because I felt it and I feel it. What I have already learned is that we do not need to try to get rid of our emptiness, pain or sadness to live a life with a new and meaningful meaning. We do not need to find out everything and gather all the pieces to experience joy, beauty, empathy and admiration. We do not have to isolate ourselves from the most painful and traumatic parts of our life history, to appreciate all the withdrawal of our life, with all the unknowns it has taken us and the mystery that still and ever will remain. May we all find ways to relieve our senses of all or part of the "traumatic burden we suffer" as we explore, move and change. May we all be able to feel a new and different "ray of light" within us.
We sometimes forget that "lost material things can be found. But there is one thing that can never be found when it is lost - "Our life." (Steve Jobs)

Tenho a
as redes sociais difamar alguém.
experimentar a alegria, a beleza, a empatia e admiração.
To dream is to live ... It is to let life happen
To dream is to live ... It is to let life happen.
"Blessed are the dogs, who by their sight discover their friends."
(Machado de Assis)
"As if the whole story had been just a dream, we had an immense difficulty to stop dreaming." (John Grogan-Marley and I)
"Humans dream about things that interest them in their daily lives, although they are more visual and less logical. There is no reason to think that animals are different. From the point where dogs are extremely attached to their human owners, our dog is likely to dream of our face, our smell, our playfulness either to cheer or even to tease you, "said Deirdre professor at Harvard (USA).
Dream as big as you want, but do not live by dreams, try to make them happen before time goes by ..... we must be aware because chasing dreams is part of a person's character, dreaming is vital for balance psychological. However, I try to learn to give attention to my dreams, not only because of areas of my formation, but because "dreams shed light on the dark places where reason has not yet come" (jordan B. Peterson - in book 12 rules for life)
Dreams contribute to the psychological digestion of our life experiences. So when we sleep we not only reestablish the body but also the mind. All dreams have meaning and if we do not remember what we dreamed it is not because we do not, but rather a sign that we need to train our memory.
Whoever has a dog knows how much they teach us to live better and how much they teach us to be better people. In reality when people have a dog, they are never alone. The simple fact that the dog is present at home already makes all the difference. As someone said, it was said (Octave Mirbeau - French writer) that "dogs that know nothing, understand what we say, and we who know everything, are unable to understand what they say." said the writer Victor Hugo - like all people who have a dog - ask: "just look in the eyes of your dog, how can you still doubt that he has a soul?"
And now watch how a dog lives. The dog does not mourn the past nor care about the future. He lives intensely every moment. He enjoys the food, delights in a long play, takes a good "nap" and for him to take a ride with the owner is the best thing in the world. "A dog does not need modern cars, mansions or clothes of the latest fashion. Symbols do not mean anything to him. A piece of wood is for a joke. A dog does not judge others by its color, creed or class, but by who they are inside. A dog does not care if you are rich or poor, educated or illiterate, intelligent or stupid. If you give him your heart, he will give you his. (John Grogan) "Book Marley and Me"
And in order to finish once more, I turn to this example: "The dog is a gentleman," wrote Mark Twain. "It's true, do not lie, no tricks, no cheating, you're generous, you're selfless, you have confidence." But there's more. "If you think dogs do not know how to count, try putting three cookies in your pocket and then give them only two to eat." (Phil Pastoret) "Always recognize the qualities of the dream of life and reduce attachment and aversion. Practice goodwill toward all beings. Be loving and compassionate, no matter what others say or do for you. What they are going to do will not matter so much when you will see it as a dream. The trick is to have positive intention during the dream. This is the essential point. This is true spirituality. "(Tibetan Book of Life and Death)

Sonhar é viver...É deixar a vida acontecer.
Sonhar é viver...É deixar a vida acontecer.
A partir
tempo passe..... devemos estar atentos pois,
vida)
pessoas melhores.
dono é a melhor coisa do mundo.
Pastoret) “Sempre reconheça as
qualidades do sonho da vida e reduza o apego e aversão. Pratique boa-vontade
“ (Livro
Tibetano da vida e da morte)

"The Universe is the Dream of an Infinite Dreamer" (Fernando Pessoa)
"The Universe is the Dream of an Infinite Dreamer" (Fernando Pessoa)
"As long as we believe in our dreams, nothing will happen by chance."
(Henfil)
It is said that dreaming is one of the most beautiful things in the world, but realizing dreams is even better! We must not and can not live only in the world of clouds, wasting part of our lives ... if dreams are the basis of everything, but it is also up to each of us to run behind and realize them, otherwise we may not have a new opportunity. "Some say that every night is a dream. But there are also those who guarantee that not all, only those of summer. Basically, this does not matter much. What really matters is not the night itself, it's the dreams. Dreams that man always dreams, everywhere, at all times of the year, whether he is sleeping or awake. "(William Shakespeare)
We come even where our greatest dreams have not come, it is said that it is only a matter of believing or not. Life is a constant resumption. Do not take for granted and move on. As someone has already said, "The stones that today hinder your walk tomorrow will grace your road." Or in the words of Jose Saramago: "We go round and round, but in reality there are only two things: either you choose life or far- hers. "
It is true that in order to enter the dynamics of life, it is first necessary to believe that it is worth living and this conviction will help us to create this fact - that life is worth living. Life can be hard, demanding, and sometimes "feels" too heavy a burden ... But if we have that conviction within us, we can transform every pain, every failure and every passing day, into an "opening "For other moments more joyful, happy and that gives us the will to live.
Sigmund Freud said that "we are made of flesh, but we must live as if we were of iron". This does not mean giving up our (human) origin, but we need a transcendent force, an intense and deep desire that makes us go beyond our limits.
As is generally the case for all families, our "dream of a family life plan" was abruptly disrupted. We will never accept to understand what has happened to us - nevertheless we know and we are fully aware that it is the cycle of life! In reality the traumatic form permanently affects us and changes us completely in the way of living and "looking" for life. This situation is somewhat frightening, because suddenly we did not see that there is something like overcoming this situation that confronts us at every moment and "incites" us to learn to accept our loss, but the reality is in fact much greater: an important break in our life, leaves a new and different person. There is no "back to the before". We're different now, period. "It's going to be all right.", "I can not fight it, I'd better get ready." Life is unique, moments are unique. Losing them means an opportunity that will never be recovered because time does not fall behind. "Never let the impasses of life disturb you. After all, no one can escape problems, not even saints or wise men. Suffer what you have to suffer. Enjoy what is there to be enjoyed. Consider both suffering and joy as facts of life. "(Buddha)

“O Universo é o Sonho de um Sonhador Infinito”
(Fernando Pessoa)
“Enquanto acreditarmos nos nossos sonhos, nada
será por acaso.”
(Henfil)
viver a vida.
"My Dreams Are More Beautiful Than the Conversation of Others" (Fernando Pessoa)
There is always that voice that tells us to keep ourselves dreamers, not to believe who doubts us, and let no one tell us that something is impossible. For we must all know that things are at best improbable, but they are never impossible. Or in the words of Augusto Cury "Without dreams, life is a morning without dew, a sky without stars, an ocean without waves, a life without adventure, a meaningless existence."
In fact, dreams are the expression of our soul, are intense and desires that generate the motivation, the life and the phrase we feel, but sometimes we do not say "let us live our life". It is the dreams that give us wings to fly, that leaves us without ground, and that make our life become so interesting, do not stop dreaming, never give up the magic of dreams! As José Saramago said, "the mirror and the dreams are similar, it is like the image of man before himself."
We have to run after our dreams because without them we get nowhere. Never give up before you try! Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed that we do not have the time to think that "our opportunity has arrived, is really passing in front of us", we opted, very much in the fashion of the so-called "Portuguese feeling" by the statement "that we are not lucky in life ", Omitting or forgetting that it was we who" let it pass, out of stubbornness or for not understanding that this was our opportunity to live life. "
Let us not forget that nothing lasts forever. That endings and losses are part of our lives. We have to have the perception that sooner or later we will face, face to face, with the demand to start over. It is in these moments that it becomes possible to correct mistakes, adjust actions and raise objectives. Believe it or not, there is a time when we all have a purpose in life. Finding yours is one of the most important steps to start over. Starting over always includes magic, and why not, the thrill of a new opportunity, do not miss this opportunity, because you do not have doubts because she does not come back!
Let me advice you: do not be deceived by the ephemerality of much of what is presented along the way. It is a fact that "plastic flowers do not die," but also remember that they also have no life. Only those who have life know the importance of time and of everything that, hopefully or not, still makes our eyes shine.
"Do not consult your fears, but your hopes and dreams. Do not think about your frustrations, but about your undeveloped potential. Do not worry about failures, believe in what you will still do. " (Pope John XXIII)
