Make your dreams come true now, for there is no worse feeling than realizing it is too late! I understand that nothing happens by chance, things happen sometimes from time to time, is it a destination thing or a simple coincidence?
In fact all of us, at one time or another, have the unique opportunity to realize some of our dreams, it happens that often we did not "see what is really happening in front of us" ... it has passed and it does not return !!! Well, sometimes you lose a lot of time to face all our fears, "we forget" to live the dreams and yesterday does not return!
There are people who appear in our lives, leave a little of themselves, but also take some of us, I believe nothing happens by chance. In fact, these people who "come" as if they were resurfacing from somewhere, as if they were being re-presented, as they had come from other lives? I no longer know, I do not think there is trying to understand where there is no understanding. I think it is necessary to simply feel, a feeling that should not be understood but rather felt, feel really, without the need to try to understand, because sometimes trying it can make you lose all magic in the middle of our path, knowing that this path is done walking!!
In reality contrary to what we think, we do not have the power of choice when it comes to people. We, at certain times in our lives, think that we are masters of our destiny, that we can say who will or will not be part of our history and who will stand aside. We always think that in our life nothing will escape our control. But this is impossible, because we do not choose who we will like when we choose to start living again, who will make us feel that cold in the belly when it appears by surprise, who will make a smile appear on our lips with only the memory of what, we live together, who will spend the nights in our dreams and who will be able to change our lives. We all have wrong choices in life, some regret, especially when it comes to people and choices that do not give certain things as we thought. But we should not "stop" in these memories, we should not close our hearts because of a disappointment, because the person who can change our lives will arrive at any moment and if we are closed and not attentive, it goes away and you may not come back.
In our day to day we say that time is always scarce "we walk too busy, stressed, anxious and too tired to do anything about it. We run from side to side, we try to respond to everything but time never comes, and at the end of each day, there is often only a feeling of failure and that the most important thing is left to do, say, or feel. Everyone at one time or another affirms that it is urgent to find time to live »We must recognize that life is not always fair, in fact, justice in life may not even exist. The suffering of loss is a kind of passage, where are the steps that need to be overcome: shock, denial, indifference, science, acceptance, change and starting over. And it is in the hours of suffering that we discover that there is a new opportunity to start living again.
Wherever we walk, these special people always seek to follow our steps not to follow us, but simply to be with us if we "need" them. These people are simply special ... for reasons that our intelligence and understanding do not reach, but they confirm our existence and that whoever does this walk on our side, and perpetuates love in every way.
We know and we must be aware that it is never easy, but it is a process that has a beginning, a middle and an end, because when we decide to start again with a loss, it means that we are solid and confident to move on. It is not to say that we forget what we have lost, but that we know that the loss has allowed us to know more and has made us ready to face a new journey in front of us. Today we must know that we can never let each day seem the same as before because every day is different, and because we are in a constant process of change. As Fernando Pessoa would have said, "I want to feel everything in every way, to live everything from all sides, To be the same in every way possible at the same time, to realize in itself the whole humanity of all moments, In a single diffuse moment, profuse, complete and distant.

Faz os teus sonhos acontecer agora, pois não há pior sentimento do que perceber que já é tarde demais! Entendo que nada acontece por acaso, as coisas acontecem as vezes de uma hora para outra, será uma coisa do destino ou uma simples coincidência?

Na verdade todos nós, num momento ou outro, temos a oportunidade única de realizar alguns dos nossos sonhos, acontece que muitas vezes não “vimos o que está mesmo a passar á nossa frente”…passou e já não volta!!! Pois, perde-se por vezes, muito tempo a encarar todos os nossos medos, “esquecemos-mos” de viver os sonhos e o ontem já não volta!

Existem pessoas que aparecem nas nossas vidas, deixam um pouco de si, mas   levam também um pouco de nós, acredito que nada acontece  por acaso. Na realidade essas pessoas que “chegam” como se estivesse ressurgindo de um qualquer lugar, como se estivessem sendo-nos reapresentadas, como tivessem vindo de outras vidas? Já não sei, penso que não existe o tentar entender onde não há entendimento. Acho que é necessário simplesmente sentir, sentimento que não deve ser entendido e sim sentido, sinta realmente, sem a necessidade de tentar entender, porque as vezes o tentar pode fazer  perder toda a magia no meio do nosso caminho, sabendo que esse caminho se faz caminhando!!

Na realidade ao contrário do que pensamos, nós não temos o poder de escolha quando se trata de pessoas. Nós, em certos momentos da nossa vida, pensamos que somos donos do nosso destino, que podemos dizer quem fará ou não parte da nossa história e quem ficará de lado. Pensamos sempre que na nossa vida nada fugirá do nosso controle. Mas isso é impossível, porque não escolhemos de quem vamos gostar quando optamos por recomeçar a viver, de quem vai nos fazer sentir aquele frio na barriga quando aparecer de surpresa, quem vai fazer aparecer um sorriso nos nossos lábios com apenas a lembrança do que, já vivemos juntos, de quem vai passar as noites nos nossos sonhos e quem vai ser capaz de mudar a nossa vida. Todos temos escolhas erradas na vida, algum arrependimento, principalmente quando se trata de pessoas e de escolhas que não dão certas como pensávamos. Mas não devemos “parar” nessas lembranças, não devemos fechar o nosso coração por causa de uma decepção, porque a pessoa que pode mudar as nossas vidas vai chegar a qualquer momento e, se estivermos fechados e não atentos, ela vai-se embora e poderá não mais voltar.

No nosso dia a dia dizemos que  o tempo é sempre escasso  “andamos demasiado ocupados, stressados, ansiosos e demasiado cansados para fazer alguma coisa acerca disto. Corremos de um lado para outro, tentamos dar resposta a tudo mas o tempo nunca chega e, no final de cada dia, muitas vezes sobra apenas uma sensação de falhanço e de que o mais importante ficou por fazer, dizer, ou sentir. Todos num momento ou outro afirmamos que é urgente encontrar tempo para viver»  Temos de reconhecer que a vida nem sempre é justa, aliás, a justiça na vida pode até nem existir. O sofrimento da perda é uma espécie de passagem, onde estão as etapas que precisam ser superadas: o choque, a negação, a indiferença, a ciência, a aceitação, a mudança e o recomeçar a viver. E é nas horas de sofrimento que descobrimos que existe uma nova oportunidade de recomeçar a viver.

Para onde quer que caminhemos, estas pessoas especiais procuram acompanhar sempre os nossos passos não para nos seguir, mas para simplesmente estarem connosco se “delas” precisarmos. Essas pessoas são simplesmente especiais... por motivos que a nossa inteligência e compreensão não alcança, mas elas confirmam a nossa existência e de que quem faz esta caminhada ao nosso lado, e perpetua o amor sob todas as formas.

Sabemos e disso devemos ter plena consciência que nunca é fácil, mas é um processo que tem início, meio e fim, porque quando decidimos recomeçar o que quer que seja em função de uma perda, significa que estamos sólidos e confiantes para seguir em frente. Não quer dizer que se  esqueça o que se perdeu, mas que sabemos que a perda permitiu conhecer mais e tornou-nos  preparados para enfrentar um novo  caminhar à nossa  frente. Hoje devemos saber que nunca podemos deixar que cada dia pareça igual ao anterior porque todos os dias são diferentes, e porque estamos num constante processo de mudança. Como terá dito Fernando Pessoa “ Quero sentir tudo de todas as maneiras, viver tudo de todos os lados, Ser a mesma coisa de todos os modos possíveis ao mesmo tempo, realizar em si toda a humanidade de todos os momentos, Num só momento difuso, profuso, completo e longínquo.

Toda a nossa vida tem a ver com momentos, e os momentos chegam com as oportunidades. A questão é que nem sempre sabemos aproveitar as coisas simples da vida no momento em que elas acontecem: um pôr de sol, um vento no rosto, o cheiro de terra depois da chuva, o barulho do mar, o canto de um pássaro, o frescor da chuva depois um dia abafado, a viagem que há muito era o nosso sonho, o abraço de um amigo, os beijos que eram sonho, mas que agora podem ser uma realidade, a companhia de quem é importante para nós, independentemente de onde estejamos...

Se nos é dado a oportunidade de podermos viver  as coisas simples da vida, temos de  compreender que é preciso realmente não perder a oportunidade de sermos felizes, então porque teimamos em complicar as coisas?

Diz-se que “a verdadeira felicidade vem da sabedoria que nos ensina a saborear o que vida tem de melhor e o mais simples: o que é belo aos nossos olhos e quente ao nosso coração... “Procuramos uma amiga para gostar dos mesmos gostos, e que se comova, quando chamada de amiga. Que saiba conversar  coisas simples, de orvalhos, de grandes chuvas e das recordações de infância. Precisamos de uma amiga para não se enlouquecer, para contar o que se viu de belo e triste durante o dia, dos anseios e das realizações, dos sonhos e da realidade. Devemos gostar de ruas desertas, de poças de água e de caminhos molhados, de beira de estrada, de mato depois da chuva, de se deitar na relva.

Precisamos de uma amiga que diga que vale a pena viver, não porque a vida é bela, mas porque já se tem uma amiga. Precisamos de uma amiga para se parar de chorar. I believe that everyone thinks that at certain moments in life, they are led to think that "they can no longer waste the opportunities of life", but that, for the most part, these opportunities do not exist anymore! You have to shout out loud enough that you lose your time, energy and opportunities! And nothing in this world happens by chance! Same whip!

That is why there is hope! That is why there are dreams and all those who believe in a premonitory power of dreams expressed in a universal symbology. It is evident that there is no evidence at the scientific level that we can predict the future through dreams, but there are those who believe!

However the greatest enemy of all of us is that feeling that it is possible to postpone without losing the opportunity. ("HEAR A GOOD COUNCIL, WHO WAITS NEVER REACH!") Time and opportunity come to all, just be aware, and not lose that moment; to be prepared and willing to change, not to fear them, to know how to enjoy and also to deserve this opportunity.

Often for lack of confidence you can lose opportunities. For example, happiness knocks everyone's door a few times and it's up to each one of us to know how to open, or not, that door. However, sometimes we have not seen with the same clarity, is that too much hope can also prevent us from acting.

To give up is not only to let you walk, but to lose an opportunity to know yourself, to realize that everything worthwhile in this life is conquered with a lot of sweat; and that giving up, most of the time, is the easiest part of that walk. Give up a dream, miss an opportunity, leave us unable to live well, never be satisfied with your own results, knowing we could do more. A lot more! Pride sometimes makes us lose opportunities that will never knock on our door again, and so we worry about what others think of us, and we miss the opportunity to be happy. It is better to insist and who knows how to achieve, than to give up and miss an opportunity to be happy. I'd rather take the risk and risk losing, than keep inert and live with the frustration of those who missed the opportunity to try. Life is just one, and it passes with great rapidity.

Creio que todos pensam que em certos momentos da vida, são levados a pensar que “já não podem desperdiçar mais as oportunidades da vida”, só que, na maior parte das vezes já não existem essas oportunidades!     É preciso gritar bem alto que chega de perder tempo, energia e oportunidades! E nada neste mundo acontece por acaso! Mesmo nadinha!  

É por isso que existe a esperança! É por isso que existem os sonhos e todos aqueles que acreditam num poder premonitório dos sonhos expresso numa simbologia universal. É evidente que não existem evidências, a nível científico, que possamos prever o futuro através dos sonhos, mas há quem acredite!

No entanto o maior inimigo de todos nós é aquela sensação de que é possível adiar sem perder a oportunidade. (“OUÇA UM BOM CONSELHO, QUEM ESPERA NUNCA ALCANÇA!”) O tempo e a oportunidade acorrem a todos, basta estar atento, e não perder esse momento; estar preparado e disposto a mudanças, não temê-las, saber aproveitar e também fazer por merecer essa oportunidade.

Muitas vezes por falta de confiança pode-se perder oportunidades. Por exemplo  a felicidade bate porta de todos algumas vezes e cabe a cada uma de nós, saber abrir, ou não essa porta. No entanto, por vezes não vimos com a mesma clareza, é que o excesso de esperança também pode impedir-nos de agir.

Desistir não é só deixar caminhar, mas perder uma oportunidade de se conhecer, de perceber que tudo que vale a pena nesta vida é conquistado com muito suor; e que desistir, na maioria das vezes, é a parte mais fácil dessa caminhada. Desistir de um sonho, perder uma oportunidade, deixa-nos impossibilitados de viver bem, nunca ficará satisfeito com seus próprios resultados, sabendo que poderia fazer mais. Muito mais! O orgulho por vezes, faz-nos perder oportunidades que jamais voltarão a bater à nossa porta, e por tal acontece por nos preocuparmos sobre o que os outros pensam de nós, e perdemos a oportunidade de sermos felizes. Some say that in every night we dream, the nights are dreams. But we all know that it will not be well and that is why there are those who guarantee that not all, only the summer. Basically, this will not be so important, because what really matters is not the night itself, it's dreams. Dreams that we all dream about always, everywhere, at all times of the year, sleeping or when we are awake.

Há quem diga que em todas  noites sonhamos, as noites  são dos sonhos. Mas todos sabemos que não será bem assim e, é por isso que há quem garanta que nem em todas, só as de verão. No fundo, isso não terá assim tanta  importância, pois o  que interessa mesmo não é a noite em si, são os sonhos. Sonhos que todos sonhamos sempre, em todos os lugares, em todas as épocas do ano, dormindo ou quando estamos acordados.

Como escreveu (Albert Einstein) “Não existem sonhos impossíveis para aqueles que realmente acreditam que o poder realizador reside no interior de cada ser humano. Sempre que alguém descobre esse poder, algo antes considerado impossível, torna-se realidade.”

Mais ainda, não basta sonhar, o importante, e esse é o motor da nossa vida, é conseguir e lutar para realizar os nossos sonhos. Podemos até mesmo não conseguir, mas é nessa  busca que aprendemos, que sofremos, que conquistamos, e até mudamos de sonho, nos conhecemos e conhecemos o mundo, e outras pessoas. Pense, sem sonhos nós somente existiríamos e não viveríamos. Pois há uma diferenciação nisso também, do que adianta passar dia após dia em  “vazio”? Sem fazer nada que importe, sem alegria, e mesmo tristeza... sem viver o que a vida oferece?

Somos formados de sonhos, nos sonhos vivemos, mas sem os sonhos não podemos viver. Na verdade tudo pode acontecer num pequeno período de tempo, muitas coisas podem mudar, surge a oportunidade que passa mesmo à nossa frente há que “agarrá-la”, pois o  tempo e a oportunidade acorrem a todos, basta estar atento, e não perder o momento.  Sonhar é uma das melhores coisas da vida, mas o melhor mesmo é acordar e lutar por cada um de nossos sonhos! Nunca perca uma oportunidade, pois pode, talvez não haver uma segunda hipótese.

É por isso que mais vale insistir e quem sabe conseguir, do que desistir e perder uma oportunidade de ser feliz!

A visão dos animais que são seres puros e sinceros é algo que nos faz pensar, sobretudo, quando se está em jogo a fidelidade, a solidariedade o sentido de uma verdadeira amizade.

Já certamente ouvimos esta frase que até é atribuída a vários e diversos escritores, isto para dizer que ão quero aqui fazer uma apologia em relação aos cachorros, mas sim que eles são fiéis ao seu dono, sem jamais enganar, mentir, passar-te a perna, ou outra coisa qualquer para te enganar , simplesmente deves saber que ele vai estar sempre ao teu lado  quando estás triste, solitário e jamais questionando as tuas atitudes, e por outro lado, quando nós afundamos o rosto entre as mãos, na esperança de nunca acordar, os cães ficam de pé à tua altura máxima, observando o que não queríamos, e até mesmo acredito que haja uma lição, quando eles se aproximam furtivamente, descansando a cabeça sobre os nossos joelhos … o cachorro levanta sua cabeça com os olhos grandes e sinceros, para dizer-te com o olhar: “Bem, existem dificuldades e eu sei disso. Vamos caminhar juntos pelo mundo e apoiaremos um ao outro sempre, não é verdade? ” (Jerome Jerome Klapka)

Sometimes we forget that principle, dictated by the Dalai Lama. "There are only two days a year that nothing can be done. Today, having the opportunity to realize most of our "dreams" is something that can be considered a "rare discovery", and that by "inattention" or even some prejudice we do not always take that opportunity. It may even be right to learn that everything has its time. That everything comes in its time. That it is necessary to give the necessary time.  The happiest people do not have the best things. They know how to take advantage of the opportunities that come their way. They do not care about the distance between their dreams and reality. If you can dream them, you can do them. Everything starts at the right time, neither before nor after. When we are ready to start something new in our lives, it is that things happen.
 The person who comes is the right person. No one comes into our lives by chance. All the people around us, interacting with us, have something to make us learn and move forward in each situation.
 Nothing, absolutely nothing that happens in our lives could have been otherwise. Even the smallest detail. There is no "if I had done such a thing ..." or "it happened that another situation ...". No. What happened was all that could have happened, and it was to learn the lesson and move on. Each and every situation that happens in our lives is not always perfect, as we have idealized it, but it is what happens and if not "catch" this opportunity it "disappears"! Life is made of choices, because with them we can have the opportunities. So we must make the right choice, to find the right way to go our way, and never to follow it alone.
But when something ends, it ends. Just like that. If something has ended in our lives it is for our evolution. So it's best to get out, go ahead and enrich with the experience. It is not by chance that we are reading this text now. If it "came" into our lives today, it is because we are prepared to understand that no snowflake falls into the wrong place.
We should all be aware that after a loss people will mature by learning to cope better with the pain to move on. Life goes on and the world will never wait for someone to recover, so anyone who learns to control feelings becomes stronger to seek / find their own happiness and emotional stability, which does not depend on anyone because it is within each one of us and will allow us to be happy again and live our lives.
In fact what is needed is that I can always recognize the value of each awakening, that I do not miss the opportunity to make it worth every new day, that I can "Dream to live .... and live to accomplish my / your dreams!

 As pessoas mais felizes não tem as melhores coisas. Sabem é aproveitar as oportunidades que aparecem nos seus caminhos. Não se preocupam com a distância entre os seus sonhos e a realidade. Se   podem sonhá-los, podem realizá-los. Tudo começa na hora certa, nem antes nem depois. Quando estamos prontos para iniciar algo novo nas nossas vidas, é que as coisas acontecem.

 A pessoa que vem é a pessoa certa. Ninguém entra nas nossas vidas por acaso. Todas as pessoas ao nosso redor, interagindo connosco, têm algo para nos fazer aprender e avançar em cada situação.

 Nada, absolutamente nada do que acontece nas nossas vidas poderia ter sido de outra forma. Mesmo o menor detalhe. Não há nenhum “se eu tivesse feito tal coisa…” ou “aconteceu que uma outra situação…”. Não. O que aconteceu foi tudo o que poderia ter acontecido, e foi para aprendermos a lição e seguirmos em frente. Todas e cada uma das situações que acontecem nas nossas vidas são nem sempre são perfeitas, como nós as idealizamos, mas é o que acontece e senão “apanhas” essa oportunidade ela “desaparece”! “As oportunidades são como o nascer do Sol…se esperarmos demais desaparecem”.

A vida é feita de escolhas, pois com elas conseguimos ter as oportunidades. Por isso, é há que fazer a escolha certa, para achar a forma correcta de seguir com o nosso caminho, e para que nunca o sigamos sozinhos.

Mas, quando algo termina, termina mesmo. Simplesmente assim. Se algo acabou nas nossas vidas é para a nossa evolução. Por isso, é melhor sair, ir em frente e enriquecer com a experiência. Não é por acaso que estamos a ler este texto agora. Se ele “chegou” à nossa vida hoje, é porque estamos preparados para entender que nenhum floco de neve cai no lugar errado.

Todos devíamos ter a consciência de que depois de uma perda as pessoas amadurecem aprendendo a lidar melhor com a dor para seguir em frente. A vida continua e o mundo nunca vai esperar que alguém se recupere, por isso quem aprende a controlar os sentimentos torna-se mais forte para buscar/encontrar a sua própria felicidade e estabilidade emocional, que não depende de ninguém porque ela está dentro de cada um de nós e vai permitir que sejamos de novo felizes e possamos viver a vida.

Na verdade o que é preciso é que eu possa sempre reconhecer o valor de cada despertar, que eu não perca a oportunidade de fazer valer a pena cada novo dia, que eu possa “Sonhar para viver….e viver para realizar os meus/teus sonhos!

Um se chama ontem e o outro se chama amanhã, portanto hoje é o dia certo para amar, acreditar, fazer e principalmente viver”, todos temos as nossas oportunidades, por vezes ou não as “vimos” ou demoramos tanto que elas “se esfumam”.

Nos dias de hoje ter a oportunidade de realizar grande parte dos nossos “sonhos” é alguma coisa que se pode considerar uma “descoberta rara”, e que por “desatenção”, ou até algum preconceito nem sempre agarramos essa oportunidade. Como disse John Lennon: “realiza os teus sonhos.  Tu mesmo vais ter de fazer isso...eu não posso acordar-te. Tu é que podes e deves acordar!”

Pode até ser correcto aprender que tudo tem o seu tempo. Que tudo vem no seu tempo. Que é preciso dar o tempo necessário. Para reflectir, para pensar, crescer, florescer, sedimentar etc. Aceitar o ciclo da vida. Respeitar o fluxo do tempo. Observar o tempo passar. Esperar o tempo certo. Para plantar. Para colher. Para agir. Para seguir. Para aprender. Dizem que é o que define ter paciência!!! É por isso que tenho de concordar com a afirmação que “o meu tempo” “já não se conta em anos, nem sequer em meses….” Basta pensar nas oportunidades que podem escapar pelos dedos, nas chances que se perdem por medo, nas ideias que nunca sairão do papel e por essa maldita mania de viver num sombrio outono, no esquecimento que o Sol nasce todos os dias….
