“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who we really are.” (Carl Gustav Jung)

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who we really are.” (Carl Gustav Jung) There are those who say that we should eat as if no one is watching us, especially when we are alone with homemade food (any kind) in front of us, remembering that cooking is an art form that transcends memory and becomes history!. As the famous Carl Jung (founder of analogue psychology) said: “Some shoes that look good on one person are small for another; There is no recipe for life that suits everyone.” He believed that everyone should live life according to their values and principles, otherwise their souls would be hurt. In other words, each of us must live our lives in our own way, as well as accept others to live their lives the way they want. “I am not what happened to me, I am what I chose to become.” According to Jung's theories, our environment has little impact on the formation of our personality. In fact, what has a significant impact on our soul and personality are our fears and weaknesses. Once we deal with them properly, they can become anything we want them to be. What stops us is not the situation, but our fear of it. “It all depends on how we look at things, not how they really are.” Our perception of life, as Carl Jung stated, can change our entire essence, and there is no doubt that each of us encounters situations in which it is our point of view that determines how we interpret such situations. Without a doubt, our behavior is shaped by our past experiences and aspirations, and therefore, we can observe all situations that occur in our lives in different ways. The important thing is to recognize this before jumping to conclusions about the essence of our life. “Our vision will become clear only when we look into our hearts. Whoever looks outside dreams, whoever looks inside awakens.” (Carl Gustav Jung)
