Dear friends, I and my junior have seen this end of 2018 because it is perhaps the moment to remember the joys and sorrows that we live during the year and wish that everything good happens to us in 2019. But it is also the At the height of our personal life, we feel that we live in a community that is increasingly global and that the past does not return, there remain our memories that integrate our identity, our roots, our existence. May we all continue to cultivate good feelings and pursue the dreams that have not yet been achieved with an extra dose of motivation and stronger and stronger union around all those who are dear to us! May peace, health and love be present in all our days of this year that is now beginning. So let's not look too far back, let's not look far ahead. Let's live the present! I would like to wish you so many things ... But nothing would be enough ... So I just wish that everyone has many desires. And let me wish each one of you the best, so let us toast to LIFE without ever forgetting our past, for without it our present did not exist. Very friendly greetings kisses and hugs.

HOJE DIA 17 de DEZEMBRO
DE 2018
Partiste…há um ano e três meses!
À DESCOBERTA DO AMOR
Ensaia um sorriso
e oferece-o a quem não
teve nenhum.
Agarra um raio de sol
e desprende-o onde
houver noite.
Descobre uma nascente
e nela limpa quem vive
na lama.
Toma uma lágrima
e pousa-a em quem
nunca chorou.
Ganha coragem
e dá-a a quem não sabe
lutar.
Inventa a vida
e conta-a a quem nada
compreende.
Enche-te de esperança
e vive á sua luz.
Enriquece-te de
bondade
e oferece-a a quem não
sabe dar.
Vive com amor
e fá-lo conhecer ao
Mundo.

"We are no more than our dreams." (Teixeira Pascoaes)
"We are no more than our dreams."
(Teixeira Pascoaes)
"Sometimes we just need someone to hear us. Do not judge us, do not underestimate us, do not analyze us. Just listen to us. "
(Unknown or Charles Chaplin)
In fact I want to learn more, to understand more, because I also want to evolve ever more. I want to have the right to dream high and achieve my goals with determination and determination. I want to gain new knowledge every day. And make every day a life lesson. I want to develop my talents and achieve my goals, while still looking at the world around me. I want to face each challenge as an opportunity. And make the obstacles my greatest motivation. I know what I want. I want to make my dreams come true and live my life.
"You know you're strong, You know this is just another phase / A moment of decision, / The passing of an opportunity with a final that you want to be happy. / You may be tired, / You may think that strength will fail you / until you can not, / You're going to fail! Damn, do not you think so ...... .. I say! If it were easy, it would not be for you! "
As someone said, "You have to be strong, not like the wind that destroys everything, but like the rock that bears it all." And that is why I understand that to be admirable we must follow the example of everyone who has stumbled when taking the first step, get up and move on.
Strong people do not waste time feeling sorry for themselves or complaining about how things could have been different ... being strong is being "mentally empowered" to learn from mistakes and using them to continue building the steps of your life. Always remember: life goes on and if you want to overcome your problems, sorrows and disappointments, you can not give up, but continue with the walk!
Strong people are not afraid or afraid to ask for forgiveness when they know they are wrong. Indeed, on the contrary, those who are mentally strong have no problem taking responsibility for their mistakes and apologizing. "Dream what you want. Go where you want to go. Be what you want to be, because you have only one life and we only have a "chance" to do what we want. Have enough happiness to make it sweet. Difficulties to make it strong. Ability to make it human. And enough hope to make her happy. "(Clarice Lispector)
"Love not only engaging with the person we deem perfect, that of our dreams. There are no princes or princesses. Face the other person sincerely and real, exalting their qualities, but also knowing their defects. Love is beautiful only when we find someone who makes us the best we can be. "(Unknown)
"What we can not, never, not at all ... is to love more or less, to dream more or less, to be friends more or less, to date more or less, to have more or less faith, and to believe more or less . Otherwise we run the risk of becoming a person more or less. "(Chico Xavier - Brazilian poet)

eu quero. Eu quero é tornar os meus sonhos realidade e assim viver a vida.

"Yes, it's time for (once again) to be a warrior. You've already had a lot of fights, you've gone through a lot more complicated situations, and you've come here! "As Charlie Brown Jr said" It's good to live, how good to dream! "But never forget that" opportunities are like birth of the Sun: if you expect too much, you will surely lose them! "(William Arthur Ward). It's your chance to live life: grab it with both hands!
And we have to dream high! Dreaming a lot! Can we not allow our dreams to be replaced by memories? That's how you get older: when you have more memories than dreams! Do we have to dream again? For the great truth is that we are the people we choose to be!
Surely we can not waste our lives any more! Of course not! Enough of wasting time, energy and opportunities! All that we live here is very wonderful and magical! But at the same time vulnerable, ephemeral .... the moment of reflection has arrived ....!
If nobody is nobody, it is also true that no one is alone, right? And nothing in this world happens by chance! But, nothing at all! That is why and more than that there is the sense of believing that it is possible! That is why there is hope! That's why there are dreams!
We often lose the opportunity to be happy because of pride, but we are all human, we all err and we want to be forgiven, we want to be happy, then no matter how strong it is, never let pride begin to be happy, even though everything seems like it is not, but try not to give up at the first opportunity because if you try even if it is not easy, at the end when it's all right you'll see how it's worth it, do not wait for chance, for opportunities, for time. Stop waiting for others and make yourself your wonderful gift, and do not stay the rest of your life thinking, "If only I had tried a little ... .." Then stop and think ... reflect and there. it will work!
Do not let time pass, time does not forgive brings the opportunities but if you do not grab them also take them away ... .. Remember there are many ways to waste time and few opportunities to recover it! "What drives the road? It's the dream. As long as we dream, the road will remain alive. That is what the paths are for, to make us relatives of the future. " (Mia Couto - In the book "Terra Sonâmbula")

sonhos! Temos de voltar a sonhar e já? Pois a grande verdade é que somos as
pessoas que escolhemos ser!
Com toda certeza que
não podemos mais desperdiçar a nossa vida! Claro que não! Chega de perder
tempo, energia e oportunidades!

Nothing is as ours as our dreams." (Friedrich Nietzsche)
"Nothing is as ours as our dreams."
(Friedrich Nietzsche)
Our life is full of memories, some are more pleasant and others not so much, but they are our memories. But it is the set of all our memories, which make the people we are today. In fact, we must also admit that some of our memories are simply more worthy of keeping than others. Some of our memories are good and fundamental things to remember, and others are better stored as lessons of life and our experiences. But all are our memories!
As Luiz de Camões wrote, "Times are changing, wills are changed, Being is changed, confidence is changed; The whole world is composed of change, Always taking on new qualities. "
I do not think it is new to say that the "theme of loss" has arisen in many different aspects of life and to which we have all been subject very recently, and it is not much studied or even spoken of. However, I think it is such a challenging and necessary experience for us to understand, because it means, first of all, abandoning a reality that we have today, and then to open space for a new reality that we have to know how to face, which can be incredibly disturbing and even frightening. We often think of loss in terms of death, but there is also loss related to all the changes we have undergone, both negative and positive.
"We do not just lose the people we love; we lost ideas we had about how our future would be. We lose aspects of our identity. We lost familiarity and comfort and the known. We lost bits of who we were once to become who we are. We lose structure and routines and patterns. We lose parts of ourselves. " (1)
That is why we should not be thinking about what the future will be, when we should, and the most accurate is to live intensely the present so that we do not have to "face the ghosts of the past." It will be well to remember that what makes a person "special" is his ability to live intensely for a cause, whatever it may be. We have to recognize that, perhaps this is rare these days, because we live half-way through and those who strive to fulfill their dreams do not conform to this uniformity, assuming the price of being different and generally "swimming against the current ". Now all this requires a lot of courage. The courage to be, not simply to do it. Being is more difficult than doing, after all, it is in the being that doing it finds its sustenance. I am from what I am. Not the other way around. As Roosevelt said, "Nothing is impossible. If it can be dreamed then it can be done. "
Maybe that's it! "I may be in search of somehow unlikely, but never the impossible. So I know that there is somewhere on our planet, someone who "is waiting for me," and if that person is like me he will stop waiting and start looking until one day we will meet and close a cycle to begin a new and much better for us and those who have the privilege of being by our side "(Cicero).
Do not give me the right formulas, because I do not always hope to get right. Do not show me what you expect of me, for I will follow my heart. Do not make me be who I am not. Do not invite me to be the same, because I am truly different. I do not know how to love in half. I do not know how to live with lies. I do not know how to fly with my feet on the ground. I am always myself, but with the certainty that the will to stay can not be stronger than the courage to move on, nothing is difficult when we believe in what we want, and our dreams come true. But, "believe that sometimes in life, it is harder to go forward than to look back" (unknown author), and on the other hand for distraction or anything else do not miss your opportunity, because you must know that worst disappointment with someone is the one that represents the end point of a story that promised to be everything and turned out to be nothing!

mudanças pelas quais passamos, tanto negativas quanto positivas.
Faço a partir
lado”.(Cicero).
Não me dêem fórmulas
certas, porque eu não espero acertar sempre. Não me mostrem o que esperam de
mim, porque vou seguir meu coração. Não me façam ser quem não sou. Não me

In fact dogs teach us the value of compromise and reciprocity, far from the times where a "handshake" between humans would close the deal. But thanks to dogs we learn the value of loyalty, which is immense, unconditional love, the love of "whatever happens" and "I want you always by my side because with you my life is infinitely better."
On a daily walk, dogs not only enjoy themselves, play for a while, they are patient and appreciate our availability. In addition, every day they take time to explore and exercise, not spend a whole day without doing this, even if for a short time. When I walk my dog, he does not care where he is going, he is happy to be with me and knows how to value the time. There is nothing that makes me smile more than to see him happy because we are going to go out for a walk. If we have attention we see that dogs also have their anxieties and worries, but they enjoy and try to live intensely, every moment that life provides them. "The only disinterested friend a man can have in this selfish world, the one who never abandons him, the only one who never shows ingratitude or betrayal, is his dog." (George Graham Vest)
As we all should have the notion life is not just pink and my dog knows it; however, it is able to forgive any mistake or any less "blast correct" and move on because there is a much greater bond that binds us forever. As Saint Bernard said "Who loves me, loves my dog too." This is a principle I want to follow and it is non-negotiable.
With my dog I learned several things. With him I learned to start again every day, because I realized that lamenting and gossiping about the past will not count us ... with him I learned to get up every day so he could take his first walk of the day and I can reflect and to think that "the new day" may be much better than the previous one ... .because I realized that we have to believe in ourselves and that although "I do not find anyone in this life by chance, each person is a test, a lesson or a gift "We can change a lot of our lives, as Dale Carnegie said." Life is made of opportunities. The man who goes further is almost always the one who has the courage to risk it. "
Sometimes we forget that "nothing lasts forever, nor pains, sorrows, nor joys. Everything in life is learning. I do not know how to love in half. I can not live a lie. I do not know how to fly with my feet on the ground. I'm always myself, but I'm sure I will not be the same forever. "(Clarice Lispector)
And now, it has happened ... the reality of who we are, of what we project in others, in circumstances and / or momentary events. And when we wake up, we become more aware of the present, living consciously, moment by moment, anchored in the now. What is it, what happens at this moment. It makes us feel alive, belonging to something, to ourselves, living ...... We were unconscious until this moment, but something has changed. Something emerged from within and awakened us from a dream, we face reality, naked and crude as they say. I have learned that life is a path without a return: either we enjoy every second or we wait for the end, with the certainty of having failed because we do not live intensely.
Being happy is not being afraid of your own feelings. It is knowing how to talk about yourself. It is having the courage to hear not". It is to have security to receive a criticism, even if unjust. "Stones on the way? I keep all of them, one day I will build a castle..."
It would be easier with a crystal ball to predict the future and choose our best path. But the fact is that we all have to accept the consequences of not having the sense that it is our "opportunity to live the life that is happening right before our eyes."
"All animals, except man, know that the urgency of life is to take advantage of it." (Samuel Butler)
FINAL NOTE: The dog in the photos is my "Junior" who is a "Schipperke dog - a very old breed of Belgian watch dog, the Schipperke is an extremely attentive and intelligent dog. Although it is quite small, it is very effective as a caregiver and home protector.
This race is usually independent, confident and very fond of human companionship, but is not a big fan of very long or affectionate physical displays of affection. He is quite intelligent and easily learns work routines and tricks.

“Não sabem falar, mas sabem acompanhar o
nosso silêncio”
( Anónimo)
“Alguns anjos não têm
asas.
momento a momento, ancorado no agora. No que é, no que acontece neste momento. Faz
“Pedras no
caminho?
o futuro e escolher o nosso melhor caminho.
