“Live in the present. Dream the future!” (Irish proverb)

Live the present. Dream the future!” (Irish proverb) Someone said that some of the best moments of our lives we experience with our eyes closed, you can dream and everything that happens you can imagine... Everything you can imagine can happen. "He who knows everything, knows nothing", said a Chinese proverb which, most likely, is based on the thoughts of Confucius. “What we know, knowing that we know. What we don’t know, knowing that we don’t know: this is true knowledge.” In this regard, our daily dose of practical wisdom: love yourself enough to say NO. True compassion for yourself doesn't mean giving yourself anything and everything - it also means saying NO to yourself sometimes. Especially when saying NO to something we want means saying YES to something else we really want more. True knowledge lies in accepting that we do not know all the truths in the world. Having the humility to recognize ignorance is a great gesture of wisdom.” I just know that I know nothing, and the fact that I know that puts me at an advantage over those who think they know something.” This phrase is often attributed to Socrates, who left nothing written, however, Plato reports, in his “Apology of Socrates”: “that man believes he knows something, without knowing it, while I, as I know nothing, am also I’m sure I don’t know.” Here is one of the most popular poems that carries a great life lesson: we often put off what we want or need to do, because we think that later we will have more availability. “Life is some duties that we brought to do at home…! When you see it, it's already 6pm: there's time... Next thing you know, it's already Friday... When you see it, 60 years have passed! Now, it's too late to fail... And if I were given – one day – another opportunity, I didn't even look at the clock I always moved forward…” (Mário Quintana) However, here is a warning about how time passes quickly by us and waits for no one. Every moment is unique! Therefore, we need to enjoy and value every second we are alive. “Men lose their health to save money, then they lose their money to regain their health. And because they think anxiously about the future, they forget about the present so that they end up living neither in the present nor in the future. And they live as if they were never going to die... and they die as if they never lived.” (Jim Brown) Therefore, when dreaming, know that “with today we can conquer tomorrow,” and when tomorrow comes, there is a beautiful story of life, our story of our past. “We have all had difficult experiences. This is part of our passage on Earth. There are things that leave marks that are very difficult to overcome. There is only one way to get rid of bitter experiences: live in the present. Always enjoy the now. As the famous phrase immortalized by hippies goes: "Today is the first day of the rest of my life." (Paulo Coelho)
